Component Coverage
Certain specialized components—such as the chillers, sand filters, and water monitoring system—carry a one-year warranty. This ensures quality assurance and dependable performance across all components of your Aqua Icelander system.
Support & Service
Each system comes with a Wi-Fi Access Module that allows customers to connect to Wi-Fi and our team to remotely access the machine for servicing, updating, etc.
Should any issue arise, our service team is available to provide prompt assistance and ensure minimal downtime. 24/7 phone support and service contracts are available for your peace of mind.
